I then looked out the door at the nurses station and there were four of them just sitting there playing on the computer and their phones. The final blow came when Dad did pass away they called the wrong nursing home to come for him. We had gone to the administrators office and indicated that we wanted to change the funeral home from the one they referred us to and they never bothered to change the information sheet.
They required that I wear a nametag when I was there, and we had to wear masks the whole time that we were inside. My husband had his own room and his own bathroom. He had a sink and another room like a walk-in shower.

One of the nights when mom called to go the restroom the staff person that came in grabbed the buzzer and threw it across the room and told mom "no more peeing". The staff person's name was reported to be Tiffany. Shame on her and the way that mom was treated while at the facility.
Everybody was very nice and very helpful. Everything looked very clean and kept up very nicely. When we went there, there was a group in a community room where somebody was playing music and somebody was singing. So, they were doing entertainment and it smelled good. I don’t know what they made, but I could smell the food.

I had to force them to call 911 and get her to the hospital. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do that. That’s when she died and part of the reason she died was because of neuromuscular failure, which is put on by sepsis .
